North Country staff was very professional and did a great job with our shower and flooring. They were easy to deal with and were done in less than an eight hour day.

Our 50+-year-old windows were still functioning, but the "fog" inside two large ones and the deteriorating wood outside motivated us to finally search for replacements. After visiting with representatives from numerous companies, we chose North Country and are pleased with our choice. The view through the windows is much improved, and there were many color choices available for trim. The handle on the casement windows is easy to operate. The installers replaced the entire house in just two days, and they were very careful about cleaning up both inside and out as they worked. One of the major selling points for choosing North Country was the excellent warranty. We hope we never need to use it, but it's nice to know it's available if we do.
