The view through the windows is much improved, and there were many color choices available for trim. The handle on the casement windows is easy to operate. The installers replaced the entire house in just two days, and they were very careful about cleaning up both inside and out as they worked. One of the major selling points for choosing North Country was the excellent warranty. We hope we never need to use it, but it's nice to know it's available if we do.
