A structural issue with our home necessitated a major remodel. That included replacing our shower. It had to be torn out for the issue to be addressed and then the new shower installed later. The folks at North Country went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and minimize the down time. We had been planning to replace some windows, so we decided to get that done too. In both cases, the installers were very efficient and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic job! I love my new shower and windows!

Jacuzzi Bathroom Installation scheduled for July 29, 2024 - but told could be earlier if an opening occurred. Got a call July 11 that there was an opening for July 12. Crew arrived around 7 AM and finished by 1 PM or so. Great guys who really knew their stuff and did an incredible job. Couldn't be more pleased. Now I have a happy wife!

Outstanding presentation of the products including samples to see which made it easier to imagine how the product will appear in my house. Excellent pricing compared with their competitors who appear to offer lesser quality products. The overall presentation by the sales rep (Dan) was very convincing and very much appreciated (I am in sales as well, so I appreciate good sales presentations). When they arrived for installation the crew was very professional, clean and did an excellent job. Everything looks so nice, I will use this company again in the future without hesitation.
